What is the NNDSS?

NNDSS stands for National Notifiable Disease Surveillance System. This is a system that allows all healthcare workers to notify the healthcare community about important health-related events and information about diseases. It involves people, laws, policies, and other information about elements of the healthcare system. The system is a partner of the CDC.
