What is health?
Health is the condition of being sound in body, mind, or spirit. It is also defined as a state that is free from injury or disease. The World Health Organization (WHO) defines health in its broader sense in its 1948 constitution as "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."
